I don't have a problem with this as I have to chase my rent each month with her. I gave her a good reference but let them know she is only 8 months into a 12 month lease. Plastic on a couple of windows at 1 place and repaired a stove element at another. I replaced all the light bulbs at the student rentals with energy efficient bulbs as the utilities are included in the rents. Sunday I rented a room to a young lady. Wednesday I rented another room to a young man. I have 1 room left to rent for a full house which I am showing on Sunday. I spent the week at my shop helping attain some performance targets which seems we will meet. I do charge consulting fees for my time spent their which are paid to my holding company. Hopefully the tenant does not give notice to leave as their privacy has now been violated. Met the pest control company at another duplex to see if he can get those sneaky mice out of the house $$$$$. Yesterday someone broke into one of my duplexes. Broke the window and entered the house stealing some valuables in mid daylight. It seams the tenant had not stayed at the house for a few weeks and the mail had piled up (there's a clue for would be thieves). Of coarse the tenant did not yet have insurance.
